Dr. Moo is Blanchard Professor of New Testament at Wheaton College. He has authored many books and commentaries, including on Romans and James.He holds a B.A. DePaul University, 1972 (Political Science); a M.Div. Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, 1975; and a Ph.D. University of St. Andrews in Scotland, 1980.
