Gaye-Ellen Austin

Gaye-Ellen Austin a.k.a. SonShine has a passion to train people to be successful Bible students, that they may teach others to teach yet others (2 Tim 2:15). She taught 15 years in public schools and 12 years in a Christian school where she was coordinator of the NILD program for learning disabled students). She was a discussion leader for Bible Study Fellowship, and taught Precept upon Precept classes. At the current time she helps husband David, the Executive Director with his bible.org ministry, and is currently the Volunteer Coordinator, Newsletter and Blog "ghost writer"; tutors new Sunday School teachers over skype; is working on a curriculum on "how to study and execute your own study guides"; manages the Tapestry Blog with Sue Bohlin of bible.org women; keeps minutes for both the Women's Leadership Team and the Children's Ministry. David and Gaye-Ellen's son and family live in Atlanta where they are active in their church ministry. Her goal is to be a godly grandmother to a budding teenager, thus fulfilling Ps. 78:4 "but tell to the generation to come the praises of the Lord."

Sue Bohlin

Sue Bohlin is a speaker/writer and webmistress for Probe Ministries, a Christian organization that helps people to think biblically. She loves teaching women and laughing, and if those two can be combined, all the better. She also loves speaking for MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) and Stonecroft Ministries (Christian Women's Clubs) on the topic How to Handle the Things You Hate But Can't Change, based on her lifelong experience as a polio survivor. She has a freelance calligraphy business in her home studio; hand lettering was her "Proverbs 31 job" while her children were young. Sue also serves on the board of Living Hope Ministries, a Christ-centered organization that helps people struggling with unwanted homosexuality and the family members of those with same-sex attractions. Sue never met a cruise ship she didn't like, especially now that God has provided a travel scooter for getting around any ship! She is happily married to Dr. Ray Bohlin, president of Probe Ministries, and they have two grown sons.

Kay Daigle

Kay Daigle

Dr. Kay Daigle's mission is to teach God's word, train godly leaders, and to give vision and simplicity to ministry so that others are challenged to grow as vessels for God's use in this world. She loves to work with women and desires to help equip them as leaders wherever God places them. She served for ten years on staff at Northwest Bible Church and Prestonwood Baptist Church, both in the Dallas area, leading their women's ministries. Kay earned her M.A. in Christian Education with a focus on Women's Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary and her Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Seminary in Effective Ministries to Women. Her family includes her husband of more than thirty years, Gary, as well as their two grown children, Matt and Lindsay, and their son-in-law Tyler. Sandra Glahn

Sandra Glahn, ThM, is adjunct professor of Christian Education and Pastoral Ministries at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS), having served for more than a decade as a women's Bible study teacher and ministry director. She is the editor of DTS's award-winning magazine, Kindred Spirit and is the author of the Coffee Cup Bible Series (AMG) for women, based on the NET Bible. She is also the author of Informed Consent, a medical suspense novel that explores bioethical issues. And she has co-authored seven other non-fiction and fiction works--including the CBA bestselling novel Lethal Harvest--relating to reproductive ethics. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Texas at Dallas, in addition to being the wife of one husband and the mother of one child.

Gwynne Johnson

Gwynne Johnson currently serves on the Board of Entrust, Inc., an international education and training mission where she authored the Entrust curriculum, Developing a Discerning Heart. She recently served as Co-Chair of the training project, Christian Women in Partnership, Russia and as Senior Director of Women's Ministry at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas. Gwynne has a M.A. in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Dianne Miller

Pursuing her life passion to teach the Word of God, train leaders and connect people in community, Dianne Miller has dedicated years as a teaching leader in Bible Study Fellowship as well as directing Women’s Ministries at the Church of the Apostles in Atlanta, Georgia and Northwest Bible Church, Dallas, Texas. Most recently, she was the Minister of Community at Northwest. She earned a Master in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Dianne celebrates 39 years of marriage to her husband Brad. They have three children: Carrie who is married to Michael, Matt, and Brent who is married to Shea. Her greatest joy is her five grandchildren, Olivia, Hammer, Raleigh Madeleine and Morgan.

Sharifa Stevens

Sharifa Stevens is a Manhattan-born, Bronx-raised child of the King, born to Jamaican immigrants and currently living in Dallas. She's currently learning how to be a stay-at-home mom to her infant son. Sharifa's been singing since she was born. Her passion is to serve God's kingdom by leading His people in worship through music, speaking and writing, and relationships with people. Her heart is also unity, inspired by John 17. Sharifa hates exercise but likes Chick-Fil-A, bagels with a schmeer and lox, salmon sushi, chicken tikka, curried goat (yeah, it's good) with rice and peas, and chocolate lava cakes. She's been happily married to Jonathan since 2006...and he buys her Chick-Fil-A.

Claudia McGuire

Claudia McGuire currently serves as Pastor of Leadership Development and Make a Difference Team Leader at Chase Oaks Church, a Fellowship Bible Church, in Plano, Texas. She has been involved in serving at Chase Oaks since 1989, joined the staff in 1996 and was ordained by the elders in 2002. Other staff positions held at Chase Oaks included Women’s Pastor, Connections and First Impressions Pastor. Helping others study the Bible, teaching Precept, speaking at various retreats and events and coaching others to take next steps in their spiritual journey are things she loves to be a part of. She is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and has served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Women in Ministry Professionals since 2006. She is energized about what God is doing in and through His church and feels humbled and blessed and to be involved with Him in that work every day. Claudia is a native Texan, born in Tyler and has lived in many states. She has been married to her fabulous husband, Jim for twenty-seven years. They have two beautiful daughters, Ashley and Kristin and a dog named Candy Cane.
