About:

Adrianne Schwanke, a native Dallasite, traipsed off to New York to work in the music industry. After running into an MTV Bible study and attending a Passion conference, she realized that God, not music, was the ultimate passion of her life. God re-directed her toward His glory first and graced her with a new discipline to study. She’s since pursued a B.B.A. from Texas A&M and a Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Seminary. Adrianne founded and directs Shabby Chic Ministries, Inc. The Shabby Chic writing team has recently finished their first Bible study and coordinated music CD- Wielding Femininity to the Glory of God. She also coordinates scholarships for Dallas Seminary Foundation and consults for Life Partners Holding, Inc. She and her husband, Ryan, share a vision for influencing a movement toward cross-cultural worship, on earth as it is in heaven. They have two vibrant daughters, Kayla and Kenya. Adrianne finds rest in prayer, yoga, and flipping through People magazine.
