Charles is the pastor of Forest Lake Bible Church in Niceville, FL (since 2002). He teaches Bible at Rocky Bayou Christian School and online courses for Luther Rice University.Charles Powell has a Ph.D. in NT studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. He also holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A & M.
