The Glorious Church (part twelve)
We, the Church, recognize our great responsibility to protect and proclaim the Gospel message. We confess our timidity and ignorance. We acknowledge that we are surrounded by unbelievers who have not heard the message of grace from us, and we admit that we are not as doctrinally discerning as the current trends require. We endeavor to protect one another in God's flock and lovingly shepherd one another. We commit to praying for our elders and leaders, and we joyfully submit to their leadership as those appointed by the Holy Spirit. We long for our community of believers to love, protect, and proclaim with vigilance. We remain alert.
