7. Eyewitness Testimony of the Bread Boy (John 6:1-51)Related Media
The Gospel of John (part seven)
The location was remote, the disciples’ resources were scarce, and the large crowd was getting hungry. There were simply too many mouths to feed. Jesus thought the circumstances were ideal for testing His disciples. A generous boy was found who was willing to share his modest meal. But what difference could this meager offering make when the need was so overwhelmingly large? Jesus took the kind boy’s humble offering and turned it into a feast for the masses. We worship a God who delights in using our broken efforts to change the world. What are you willing to offer God, trusting that He can use it for greater purposes than you and I can imagine possible?
