Dr. Dean has an MS Physics from Cornell Univ. and a ThM and PhD from Dallas Theological Seminary. Dr. Dean serves in many places and is involved in Missions/Theological Education. He often travels to Hong Kong where he is Professor of Bible Exposition and Systematic Theology at Yan Fook Bible Institute.
