Gregory S. Bennett grew up in multiple countries in a family that worked for the US Department of State during the Cold War. He earned a BS in earth science and an MS in social science from Emporia State
University in Kansas and another MS, in geology, from the University of Kansas. His spent a year in Bible school at Daystar University in Nairobi and was teethed in Bible study as part of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Early in his career he taught fifth grade science and both middle school and high school earth
science in Kansas and Nebraska. He also worked as a petroleum geologist for Exxon. He now works in the information technology industry providing consulting to universities throughout the US. Greg and his wife Michelle live in Tulsa, Oklahoma where they currently help lead a new church plant. They have three children in or just out of college. Greg has developed curricula and taught courses including Science and Christianity, Christ the Creator, Team Leadership for the International Literacy Training Institute, Westminster Shorter Catechism, Pilgrims Progress, and others. He currently serves as president for organizaton, Old Earth Creation Society.
