Chip Bell has been the pastor of Fellowship Bible Church Arapaho in Dallas, Texas since 1998. He and his wife, Julie, both graduates of Dallas Theological Seminary, were missionaries living in Serbia when civil war fractured the former Yugoslavia.

They have two sons at Texas A&M, one son at M.I.T. and a daughter in high school.
