Dr. Gangel is the Scholar-in-Residence at Toccoa Falls College in GA and the Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Christian Education at Dallas Theological Seminary as well as Adjunct Faculty of Columbia Biblical Seminary and School of Missions.

He has been involved in pastoral ministry, lectured in institutions of higher learning around the world and is the author of numerous books and hundreds of articles.
