Abstract
What a joy to know that we’re on the winning team. We may lose a battle now and then, but ultimately the war belongs to those of us on God’s side—the righteous who live by faith. Habakkuk gets a glimpse into the future and sees God execute justice on the earth. On particularly bad days we must strive to remember that God will ultimately come to our rescue. Eventually all things will be set right, the guilty will be held accountable, and the righteous will be vindicated. Eventually “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.”- 3610 reads
