Nehemiah 2:11-20

“Dear God, You are actively involved in the affairs of our world. You are not passive. Forgive us for failing to join Your work due to our own indifference or sin. We are committed to Your work on earth. Show us the part you wish each of us to play in Your plan. We want to honor you, even if that means inconveniencing us to participate in messy ministry. Pierce our hearts to make us sensitive to Your Spirit’s tug. Open our eyes to see where Your hand is working. Prompt us to join You in building Your kingdom for Your glory. Amen.”
