The Church is Advancing (Acts 28:16-31)

 The Glorious Church (part fifteen)

We, the Church, recognize that what God began to do in the first century He continues to do today. We long to experience the power and boldness that those early Christians exhibited. We understand that such efforts did not go unopposed then. We confess that our complacency and worldliness distract us from prioritizing the Gospel of the Kingdom of God in our life and message. We pray for ourselves first—for ears that hear, eyes that see, and hearts that understand God’s Word. We pray the same for our lost and dying world. We desire to participate in advancing Christ’s Church until He returns.
