We at Bible.org are passionate about the NET Bible: the notes, the text, and even the cover/binding, and it makes us happy when developers want to use the NET Text in their application. This is why we created the NET Bible API over a year ago. When it started, the only output type was XML, and there were no text formatting options. We're glad to say that improvements have been made and the API now offers multiple text formatting options, and returns the Text in either XML, JSON, or plain text.
