Job 1 Programmer (full or part time)

Bible.org is looking for a programmer / software developer with a strong focus on web technologies. An Ideal candidate would exemplify most of the following characteristics:

• A knowledge and command of PHP
  
  • Drupal experience is a must.
• Experience with MYSQL - database design & optimization
• A knowledge and command of Javascript, including jQuery
• Experience and a facility with CSS
• A command of Regular Expressions and experience with text processing
• Self stater with the ability to manage time well and be productive when working independently
• Humility and the ability to work well with others

Job 2 Andriod App Developer (part time)

Bible.org is looking to add a to its mobile development team a programmer / software developer. An Ideal candidate would exemplify most of the following characteristics: 

•  Hands on engineer with at least 1 year of mobile application development experience with a significant portion of it in Android application development. 
•  Must be have sound knowledge of Android architecture and application design 
• Demonstrable work on the Android platforms  
• Experience on Mobile platforms with at least some of OpenGL, audio, video, codec, is preferred 
• Zeal to work in a dynamic, fast paced, but yet fun filled, rewarding, Christian environment
• Good problem solving and communication skills 
• Self stater with the ability to manage time well and be productive when working independently
  Humility and the ability to work well with others

Volunteers are also needed to help build a stronger discipleship program on the site in English,  Chinese and Spanish.
