Podcasting: Welcome to the age of user defined radio. Podcasting allows you the user to listen to what you want, when you want it. Learn more about podcasting here.

To automatically receive podcasts, you need to do two things:

1. Download an aggregator like iTunes or Juice.
2. Then subscribe to the RSS feed of the shows you are interested in. For instructions for iTunes click here. Click on a "Podcast" or  button and then copy the URL/webaddress line from your browser's address bar into the "add feed location" on your Juice, iTunes or other podcatcher software and the new shows will be delivered to you on demand.
